We’re looking for a dynamic and competent Maintenance & Customer Service Specialist to oversee our Short-Term Rental (airbnb) Business.
The position is a 1099/Cash employee. You will focus on our turn overs, cleaning, laundry, customer service, and properly management etc.

To be successful in this position, you must have a great attention to detail and ability to understand client’s expectation and requirements. This employee will need their own transportation and we will cover transportation expenses when needed.

Responsibilities
1. Inspect each property to ensure no damage or missing furniture, appliances or other items.
2. Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation.
3. Fully clean the house to a very high standard ready for our next guests.
4. Wash all bed linen and air them and making all beds to a top level.
5. Restock/replenish all consumables including toilet tissue, shower gel and hand soaps.
6. Re-order consumables when required with the office.
7. Ensure the garden are is presentable and ready for the next guests.
8. Ensure the kitchen is fully presentable and hyper clean, empty the fridges etc.
9. Ensure Tea, coffees and milk is always topped up for the guests.
10. Ensure supplies at properties are well stocked and inventory counts are accurate.
11. Report any breakages to the office.
12. Test and ensure the TV and internet works properly.
13. Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays.
14. Ensure all company standards for maintenance and cleaning are followed.
N.B.: Responsibilities are not limited to the job description.

Additional Requirements
• This position requires extensive driving around North New Jersey area, especially in Newark, NJ 2 minutes away from airport and Lake Hopatcong, NJ.

Requirements
1. Experienced in the hotel or short-term rental industry.
2. Must have clean driving record with own transportation/vehicle.
3. Great attention to detail and someone who relishes in a clean space
4. Be a smart presentable person that can be available Monday - Sunday 11am - 4pm.
5. Be a person that is super friendly.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Performing Housekeeping duties to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors

Salary and benefits:
Starting rate: $13
10% yearly increase after 90 days.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
