Lynn Robinson - BHHS Fox & Roach/Trident Group After earning my Realtor License in Delaware, I entered the real estate world to explore my passion for homes, rental investments, and property management.

With over 20 years of knowledge about Delaware, from New Castle to Sussex County, allow me to share this knowledge with you whether you are a first-time buyer or thinking about your next purchase. Currently, I work as an agent for Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach in the Christiana area, where I'm focused on sales, listings, and monitoring the real estate market in Delaware. I am a mother of three ch

ildren and have raised my children in this great state of Delaware and have over 20 years of civic engagement. I am a homeowner in two counties, and I serve all three counties within the Delaware real estate market. I have a passion for working with clients who need to relocate or downsize and working them through the process from home to home. First-time buyers are another favorite of mine as I consider them just like one of my own, helping the buyer to understand all the steps in the home-buying process. I have a background in investment properties, as I have my own and enjoy working with tenants. This work has led me to my current role at CPTM Properties, where I am responsible for property management, future investment portfolios and occupancy. Some of my current projects include working with buyers looking into long- and short-term investments within the New Castle County area. For most people, purchasing real estate can be very stressful. For me, it is a passion I’ve been chasing since the purchase of my first home. Purchasing real estate is a big decision that I take seriously and love to talk about. In all walks of life, it can be one of the biggest decisions you make, and it is my job as a Realtor to walk you through and get answers for the questions you may have. While you invest in real estate, I invest my time in the entire real estate transaction with you hand in hand. What I love most is bringing someone to the closing table and seeing the fruition of dream and having one more friend.
