Murieta Residents,
Join us today for some good company, food & refreshments. Event begins at 11am and will be outside of the North Clubhouse.

We will be serving tacos, grilled veggies, beans, rice, quesadillas with a full topping bar including sour cream, cheese, guacamole, salsa, chips, horchata, and other refreshments will be served.

Stop by to grab some food and mingle. We hope to see you there!

The gym has reopened.

Republic Waste Services notified us that they will not be able to exchange the bulky bin out until tomorrow. Please do not place items in the bin until they empty it.

The bulky Bin is full. We will receive an empty bin on Monday and it will remain here until May 2nd. Please hold off until Monday before placing items in the bin.

A set of keys was turned in today. Possibly work keys that belong to equipment vehicles. Contact the office for more information.

Good Afternoon,

Please take a moment to fill out your ballot and turn it in at the onsite office today or before 7PM tomorrow. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IT in because it will not arrive on time and will not be counted.

If you need a replacement ballot, stop by the office or can drop one off at your unit. Just give us a call.

-WATER SHUT OFF UPDATE-
The water shut off for buildings 39975, 39997, 39953, 39931, has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 28, 2018 between 9AM to 4PM and
Friday March 29, 2018 between 9AM-2PM.

It's not to late to join. The Earthquake Insurance Meeting is tonight. It begins at 7PM at the North Clubhouse.

Our Insurance Agent will go over each Earthquake Insurance option on the ballot. A representative from Motus Insurance Services will also be present to discuss the Motus program.

A Free Personal Emergency Preparedness
Disaster Training Class will be held tomorrow 3/15/18 from 7PM-8PM at the North Clubhouse.

During this 1 hour training individuals and families will learn how to prepare themselves for a disaster by minimizing potential dangers in the home, preparing a disaster kit, working out a communication plan and manage your utilities after an earthquake.

We encourage residents to drop in for the class tomorrow evening. We hope to see you there!
