🚧 Big news for Licking County’s manufacturing growth!

Southgate Corporation - Building New Opportunities has begun work on a new $13.5 million, 110,000 sq. ft. speculative industrial building at the Central Ohio Aerospace & Technology Center (COATC) in Heath. Designed for manufacturing use, this facility will be move-in ready later this year—helping meet the rising demand from manufacturers looking to expand in our region.

With direct access to I-70 & St. Rt 79, strong utility infrastructure, and a growing cluster of major employers, this project is another sign of the strength of Licking County’s economy.

The 16.5-acre site was made possible through a partnership between the City of Heath, the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority, and Southgate Corporation—another great example of collaboration driving economic progress!
