Part-time leasing receptionist position with potential for growth within the company. Hours would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 am-3 pm.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Meeting on-site prospects interesting in renting apartments. Handling telephone inquiries and entering prospects in computer. Continuing with follow up, showing apartments, closing the application. Dispatching maintenance repairs, making resident collection calls, posting notices on resident doors and filing. Building a rapport with current residents to give them personalized service.

This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Requirements:
Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
Positive, "can-do' attitude with a high level of enthusiasm.
Professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills and work independently
Professional casual attire
