Happy Holidays from our team at Hanini Group! 🎁

As the year comes to a close, we’ve been taking time to reflect on what this season is really about — showing appreciation, giving back, and staying connected to the communities we’re part of.
Over the past few weeks, our team had the opportunity to do just that. From working with local Newark vendors to put together holiday bags for our tenants, to spending time with teachers, first responders, and community leaders across Newark and East Orange, these moments reminded us how important it is to simply show up and say thank you.

Whether it was delivering holiday bags to educators, celebrating promotions within the East Orange Police Department, or recognizing the firefighters and officers who serve our neighborhoods every day, each experience was meaningful in its own way.

We’re grateful to our team for leading with heart and for helping make this holiday season one rooted in appreciation and community.
