BUSY • BLESSED • GRATEFUL
August started off a little bittersweet, filled with good memories of my grandmothers, whose birthdays were August 4th and 8th, and my oldest first cousin, Lisa, whose birthday was August 19th—the same day as my son Kylil’s. ❤️ This month, and especially that day, always brings a mix of emotions. I’m grateful for the memories, the love, and the blessing of being able to celebrate life.
And then… August got BUSY! 😂🙌🏽
🏡 REAL ESTATE
I work with several clients, but August had me especially busy with two of my current clients and their home purchases.
From consultations and showings—sometimes 5–6 homes in a day! 😂—to contracts, inspections, pre-drywall inspections, walkthroughs, settlement preparation and everything in between, I was there to educate, guide and keep them informed every step of the way.
And one of my clients CLOSED on August 31st! 🎉🔑🏡 They went from contract to closing in exactly TWO WEEKS!
An incredible accomplishment! I commend them for their preparation, responsiveness and hard work throughout the process. I’m so proud of them and grateful they trusted me to be their Realtor, educator and advocate. ❤️
I couldn’t share photos because they’re not on social media, but I couldn’t let this accomplishment go without celebrating them! Congratulations again! 🎉🏡🔑 So proud of you both!

Newark Retreat was completely booked for August! 🙌🏽 Balancing everything can be a lot, so I’m extremely grateful for the help and support that kept things running smoothly.
