Gomes Group is proud to announce the approval of a new residential development at 253–261 Orange Street, within the Broad Street Station Redevelopment Plan in Newark.
Recently approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, this 14-story, 85-unit building marks another step in our ongoing commitment to the city’s growth and transformation.
Inspired by the iconic Flatiron Building in New York City, the project reflects a thoughtful, context-driven design. Refined in collaboration with the Board, it contributes to the evolving architectural identity of the area while staying connected to its urban surroundings.
Named Cristiano Building ✨, this project holds special significance for our CEO, Pedro Gomes, representing both a personal and professional milestone. It stands as a symbol of our long-term vision and dedication to creating meaningful spaces within the communities we serve.
As Newark continues to evolve, projects like this highlight the city’s momentum, shaping a more vibrant, dynamic, and forward-looking urban landscape.
Now building what’s next. 🌱
