An Open House is more than just opening the front door.

Itā€™s putting up signs, door knocking the neighborhood, passing out flyers, setting directional signs, and doing everything possible to give our clients the best chance of success. (Not to mention the weeks of prep, moving, staging, photography, inspections and more).

Will everyone who walks through the door buy the house?

Maybe not.

Will the effort always pay off immediately?

Not always.

But we believe our clients deserve our very best, whether one person shows up or one hundred.
