This milestone brings us one step closer to fulfilling our vision of building a vibrant retail destination for the rapidly growing community in and around Bayberry to enjoy.

This 280,000 SF retail center, at the heart of the Bayberry community, will feature the distinguished design style that has become synonymous with Bayberry, for an elevated retail experience.

Building construction on our flagship, first-class Weis Markets is expected to begin in the fall of 2024. Weis Markets and several other stores are anticipated to open in 2025.
