The manager Cindy has not been able to help the residents receive free rent because it is not her decision to make. She claims she is not allowed to give out the information of the owners, who are able to make this decision. This information is FALSE. According to Delaware state law the lease is to clearly state the owners of the building. The One Easton lease violates this law. Upon searching google, the owners of One Easton can be found. The owners are listed as Bainbridge, LLC, and Pine Crest.

Residents have begun moving in to One Easton, Newark’s newest 220-unit, 440-bed apartment community located in the heart of town while also being a short walk to the University of Delaware campus and Newark’s Main Street. More than 157 residents have already enjoyed early move-ins this summer. ....
