I am absolutely elated for my buyers. Today, they officially closed on their dream home, and it was so worth the wait.

I love days like today, getting to watch people you genuinely care about receive something they’ve wished, hoped, and worked for. There’s truly nothing better. But I’ll admit, closings like this one are always a little bittersweet. When you work with clients for an extended period of time, walk through the ups and downs together, and are there through it all, it’s a little sad when you finally reach the finish line and have to say goodbye.
