This is such a meaningful milestone for our family and our business. ❤️

Jeff and I are incredibly honored to be featured as the September 2026 Cover Story for Columbus Real Producers!

Our journey into real estate was never simply about selling homes. We wanted to build something bigger—a lasting legacy for our family, a business centered around taking care of people, and an opportunity to help others achieve their goals along the way.

Over the past six years, we’ve been fortunate to close more than $70 million in real estate, grow the Christensen Team, give back to our community, and build relationships with clients who have become friends. None of that happens without the trust and support of the people who choose us, refer us, work alongside us, and cheer us on.

One of my favorite parts of this article is that it captures who we are outside of real estate, too—our family, our dogs, our love of golf, our client appreciation events, and the partnership Jeff and I have built both personally and professionally.

More homes are available in Newark—and that is creating new opportunities for buyers. 🏡

Inventory in the 43055 area rose nearly 15% in July, while the median asking price moved lower. Homes are still selling, but buyers may have more room to compare properties and negotiate on listings that have been sitting.

For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more as competition increases. And if your wish list includes a fenced yard, durable floors or room for your dog to play, I would love to help you find a home that works for the whole family—including the four-legged members. 🐾
