Congratulations to the Rhone family on the closing of this gorgeous new build in Apple Valley! After looking at a couple existing homes, they decided they wanted to build instead and the finishes they choose were 😍😍. They were referred to me by a family member who is a Realtor in Indiana that wanted to make sure they were taken care of. 💙 Keep at eye out for their current home in Mount Vernon to hit the market later today!

I have a cash buyer looking for a house in the Thornville, Glenford, Somerset, Thurston, Brownsville, Rushville, Gratiot, Millersport, Zanesville, etc. area. Price range right around $225,000. They would need a ranch or atleast a bedroom and bath on the main level. He also has a car hauler so would need to be able to park it there.
