When buying a home, you can negotiate more than just the purchase price. 🏡

The offer price absolutely matters.
If there are no other buyers interested, we might start lower. If there are multiple buyers competing for the same home, we may need a stronger offer to increase the chances of it being accepted.

Another thing we pay attention to is what stays with the home. 🛋️

Items that are attached to the house — like curtain rods, window blinds, and light fixtures 💡 — are usually expected to stay. But we still write those things into the agreement to make sure everything is clear.

The goal is simple: making sure you don’t move into your new home and realize the seller took things you expected to be there. 😅

Buying a home has a lot of details, and this is just one example of how having someone guide you through the process can help avoid surprises.
