It may have been a little quiet over here lately and it's actually been refreshing to NOT post anything about real estate. Sometimes there is a pressure to keep up and document everything I'm doing related to real estate which can be too much, so this little break "offline" was very refreshing.
So I figured I'd post what I have been up to in the meantime!!
1) I referred a car wash & shed business in Astor, FL to a fellow Realtor since that area is not in my wheelhouse and that closed! Did you know, even if you are not local to North Central FL, I can help connect you with an amazing Realtor?
2) I helped someone purchase some vacant land in Bronson and was very honored to be their chosen Realtor to do so! I am always so humbled and filled with joy when a past Realtor or someone in my life that I've known from years prior reaches out so I can help them in any way!
3) Sold 5 acres with electric, well, and septic and trailer in Trenton, FL! I had first listed this about 5 or 6 years ago but the timing just wasn't right for this family. This very sweet seller reached back out to me earlier this year to help her list the property and finally get it to closing. Again I am so truly thankful for this opportunity and business.
4) Under Contract in High Springs, FL with a past client (and neighbor) of mine!! We are currently in inspection period, so fingers crossed!
The best part of doing this real estate business - besides getting to help people achieve their wants, needs, and dreams in real estate - is knowing I have a wonderful network of amazing people I get to do business with and work for! Neighbors, past clients, past Realtors, past co-workers, and people that have become friends throughout the years. ❤️
Whether I'm offline or online, please know I have been doing this for EIGHT years! It is my passion in life and I will continue to do this as long as possible. Not only have I been able to help and serve people in our communities, this career has allowed me to be present with my children while out of school or at sporting events, and it's blessed me with the ability to purchase my own home and car.
