Highly underrated thing to do in Gainesville = grab a coffee and go walk neighborhoods.

Start with your favorite warm drink and head to Town of Tioga.

Then head over to The Historic Duckpond District.

It’s known for its Victorian-style homes, front-porch culture, and proximity to downtown amenities.

Slow down for Pleasant Street Historic District. It's one of Gainesville’s oldest communities, it features restored cottages, and Craftsman homes.

Give it 10 minutes and you'll have picked a favorite. Everyone does.

This is the kind of morning nobody tells you about until you live here.
