We are seeking a proactive thinker and innovative leader who thrives on generating fresh ideas and driving impactful marketing strategies. The successful candidate will lead, manage, and hold accountable the marketing staff, along with developing, proposing, and executing any company-wide marketing efforts. The marketing manager will also have to be hands-on to help carry the workload of the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, print & digital marketing
- Represent the company to agents & the public at meetings/events.
- Handle all the billing for the department
- Act as liaison between Marketing & Senior Management
- Fostering great relationships with clients & vendors
- Delegate production work clearly & efficiently to the Marketing Team
- Work alongside others in the department to complete projects
- Perform new agent meetings and training for marketing products
- Commitment to company core values.
Requirements:
- Must be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Must have a working knowledge of Google Suite programs, especially GMail, GCal, Docs, and Sheets.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where priorities need to be reassessed frequently.
- Must be extremely organized and consistent in a workflow to ensure all work is executed timely and filed correctly.
- Must possess good communication skills and be willing to occasionally present in front of company audiences.
- Must have a basic understanding of social media (Facebook Business Pages, Instagram Business Pages, etc).
- 2 years of marketing experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar area.
- A real estate background is a plus but not necessary.
