Evansville Parade of Homes starts TODAY at 1:00 PM and it’s a beautiful day! ☀️

We have 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐃 our Parade House, so it won’t be open for viewing, but we invite you to please stop by the developing Chatham Place neighborhood and see the home sites available! Located off of Grimm Road, near Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.
Since the home is not open for viewing, you can however check out this 360 tour of the Parade Home which was greatly done by Ronna Eyman with Peregrine Media 🤩

!Caution! Painters at work! 🎨
Our painting process is different from most Builders in that we spray our interior trim & doors with Lacquer!! It is sprayed in place! Lacquer provides such a better finish than latex and gives the trim a finished feeling, like a car body!
It takes a lot more prep time as plastic is placed over everything that is not being sprayed. It is definitely worth it! Our trim finish is second to none! Just one more example of what you get with a quality built R.A. McGillem Custom Home🏡

When finished this spring, this beautiful 7200 square foot home is available in Ron’s new Chatham Place neighborhood off of Grimm Road just south of outer Lincoln. Right around the corner from the Deaconess Gateway Hospital.
