Fresh topsoil was brought in to create a strong foundation and help achieve the best possible results.

For the best hydroseed results, remember:

1. 🌱 Proper soil preparation is key.
2. 🌡️ Correct timing and application matter — temperatures between 65–75°F are ideal.
3. 💧 Strict watering and maintenance are essential for successful germination and establishment.
4. 🌿 Plan for w**d control approximately 8–12 weeks after application through a professional fertilization company.
