Back under agreement with a different unit 2 months later. Congrats to my Buyer for securing this condo and having some patience!

She had another unit under agreement but the Seller had a suitable housing contingency and unfortunately could not find something. 2 months later we secured another unit in the same association.

This one is more updated and a better building. Sometimes negatives turn into positives if you have a little patience. Congrats!!
