We've officially transitioned our 3 bed, 2 bath, 1,619 sqft home from a long-term rental (LTR) to a short-term rental (STR). As a long-term rental over the past 12 months, we were getting $2,400/month in rent. In our transition to a STR we spent $19,000 to get the property ready (furniture, smart tech, supplies, labor etc). We just got our first booking, 30 days from Feb 16-March 18, for $8,637. We're hopeful the property will earn more income, and be much better maintained as a STR vs LTR. Time will tell ;) You can book your stay here!👉 https://bit.ly/3jMuoB7
