Hi. I'm just reaching out to let you know about two opportunities that could help you to further safeguard the title to your home.
Unfortunately, there have been some recent instances of fraud, perpetrated on homeowners. Scammers stole the titles and ran up debt via loans.

The Southern Essex County Registry of Deeds has 2 programs to provide Homeowner protection. If you're in a different county, it should have a similar program.

Property Fraud Watch Program.
Homestead Act.

Details regarding both are outlined in the attached photos.

As a courtesy, to my former clients and friends, I recommend you familiarize yourself with these protections. I recently signed up for both.

The data shows a slight increase in the number of Real Estate listings vs 2024. It also shows a continuing increase in closing prices vs 2024.
There is volatility in some markets, but North East Mass and Southern NH remains solid.

2024 was another significant year in Real estate. Overall the number of new homes coming on the market remains low by historical standards. Higher interest rates are depressing the number of home buyers. But the shortage of homes is keeping prices high.

God Bless the Fall Real Estate Market, as Buyer's continue to put forth strong offers!!! These 2 examples couldn't be more different. Andover is renowned for its Schools and its quintessential downtown. Warner NH is a beautiful small town in SNH.
