🐾 Every closing is now opening a second chance for a shelter pet 🏡🐾

As many of you know, animal rescue has been a huge part of my life. As I continue growing my real estate business, I wanted to find a way to connect two things that are important to me: helping families find homes and helping shelter pets find homes.

Going forward, with every closing I will sponsor the adoption fee of a long-term shelter dog or cat waiting for their family.

I’m excited to share the first pet sponsored through this program: Lucky, who has been waiting for a home for over 200 days. ❤️

Congratulations to my sellers on the successful sale of their home in Concord, NH!

This closing was especially meaningful because I had the privilege of helping these clients purchase this condo years ago, and now I was honored to help them through the next chapter as they sold it.

Every transaction has its own story, and I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me—not just once, but again when it’s time for a new move. Wishing them all the best in what’s ahead, and congratulations to the new homeowners as well!

Foster Dog Feature: Meet Joey! 🐾

This 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighs about 15 pounds and has a wonderful personality. He’s friendly, sweet, and seems to get along with everyone he meets. Joey does great with other dogs, is good with cats, and has been a fantastic houseguest.

Joey enjoys playing and exploring, but he’s not overly demanding and is happy to relax with his people, too.
