The roof is decked and underlayment is installed. Windows and some doors are installed. Roughing is starting this week.

Replaced the garage door, front door, built mailbox, replaced the sidewalk and added a concrete pad to entry. We then rebuilt the brick walls of side of garage door due to being hit with a car sometime. We replaced all siding around entry. We then installed gutters. Repaired some soffit and fascia then gave it a fresh coat of paint.

Nothing stayed in master bath. We got rid the open bathroom concept and put in a barn door. We had to take a little space from the master bed to open it up. We remove the dry bar from living rm and cabinets from hallway but we got a beautiful walk in shower with rain head. I’ll post a final pic of shower with rain head later.
