The Newfolden Community Homes are income based rental housing. Eligible tenants must earn at or below the state median income for the size of their family.Applicants income, assets, and certain healthcare expenses are verified annually. One bedrooms range between $300 - $310

Two bedrooms range between $325 - $335

A one year lease is initially required, after which a 30 day notice is required to

vacate. Tenants must pay a utility deposit at $200 and a security deposit at $275. Both are refunded, with interest, after the unit is cleaned and the final utility bill has been paid. The average utility bill ranges from $95.00 to $150.00 per month. A $25.00 fee is required with your application. Please call with any questions!
