River Valley Development Corporation River Valley Development, Corp., Inc. is a land development and building construction firm with 30 years of experience in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

A third generation custom home builder, Mike Patenaude and his father, Henry M. Patenaude, started Patenaude Construction Inc. in 1987. His first project was a 17 lot subdivision named after his mother, Regina. Regina S Drive in Tewksbury, MA began with the construction of an 1800′ road and ended 17 months later when the last resident took occupancy. In 1992 Mike and his brother Ed formed River Va

lley Development Corporation and built the remaining lots in Valley View Estates, Madbury, NH. In 1993 Mike became Sole Proprietor of River Valley Development Corp. (RVDC), and has brought the company to where it is today. Mike has personally managed and sold over 700 new construction projects in New Hampshire and Massachusetts during his career, with commitment to quality being his trademark. From excavation to home building and commercial projects, Mike is there to oversee all aspects of your project. He prides himself on creating a final product that perfectly reflects the personal tastes, needs and lifestyle of each individual customer. Mike holds the following licenses and memberships:

Class A Hoisting Engineer’s License
Massachusetts Drain Layer’s License
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
Massachusetts Construction Superintendent’s License, Unrestricted
New Hampshire Septic Installation License

Originally from Tewksbury, MA, Mike makes his home in Dover, NH with his wife Robin.
