This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home did not last long! 🏡

For my seller, the sale of this home was definitely bittersweet. This was her dad’s home, and after his passing, the thought of getting everything ready to sell felt a little overwhelming. There were furniture and belongings to go through, papers to sort, decisions to make about what needed updating, and just so many memories tied to this home.

A couple of years ago, my dear friend told me that when the time came, she would give me a call. While I was very sad to know that time had come, I was truly grateful and honored that she trusted me to walk alongside her through such a personal and sensitive process.

Once we met and talked through what would help the home shine, we made a list—painting, removing the dark curtains, pressure washing, fixing a few things, and taking care of some other details before photos and going on the market.

And wow as always .… God provided exactly what was needed! 🙏🏻 She was able to get everything done quickly, and I brought in a few staging pieces to help the home show its best.

The result? We were under contract in just one week and closed with a cash buyer in less than 30 days! 🎉

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Over 250 years ago riders went forth with the message the Redcoats were coming. Coming to stop a revolution. They had orders to seize the weapons and capture the leaders of this uprising. The revolution that was coming was framed as a rebellion, but it was in reality the emergence of the idea that freedom was an actual birthright from God and that we were obliged to lay hold of it. For 250 years we have been blessed to live in the legacy of this Declaration of Independence and all the many fruits this idea has brought forth. May we be so honored as to help perpetuate this experiment in limited government, personal responsibility and eternal hope and pass it on to future generations.

🎉 SOLD! 🎉 We are beyond excited for our wonderful friends who will soon be calling Georgia home! 🏡❤️

Moving from an area known for cold, rainy weather, they were ready for a new adventure and a little more sunshine. Since they were purchasing from out of town, we conducted several virtual tours together until we found the perfect home that checked all the boxes. ✔️✔️✔️

Once we narrowed it down, my client flew in to see the property in person, and thankfully it was everything they hoped for! To help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, I was honored to serve as their Power of Attorney and sign on their behalf at closing.

Our job didn't stop there! Mike and I have also been helping coordinate some of the improvements they wanted to make before moving in. We've met with contractors, lined up tree removal estimates, and helped get plans in place for a new fence.
