Last month I went quiet.
My birthday came and went in a way I didn’t expect. Life slowed me down, and in that pause I had to listen a little deeper—to my body, my health, and the pace I’ve been keeping.
Sometimes stepping away is exactly what brings clarity.
Over the past few weeks I’ve made some important changes for my health and the way I move through life. It hasn’t been loud or dramatic… just intentional. And honestly, it’s been a turning point.
And maybe that’s fitting.
Because the work I do in real estate has never just been about houses. It’s about transitions. It’s about recognizing when life is asking you to shift directions and being brave enough to respond.
Which brings me back here.
Over the next few weeks I’m revisiting a conversation I started before:
“Called to the Country — One Year Later.”
After a full year living on acreage, I have a lot more perspective than I did when we first moved.
The beautiful parts.
The adjustments.
And what people should actually know if they feel drawn to a life with more land and a little more peace.
If you’ve ever wondered what that transition looks like… stay close.
We’re going to talk about it.
