www.metrobrokers.com For the first two years, he worked mostly on the weekends, and then he began working on a more full-time basis with buyers and listing some re-sales. It took great experience and additional real estate sales courses for him to

become the successful agent he is today. In his career, he also dabbled in appraising and land sales with the consent of his broker. Once he mastered those parts of the real estate industry, he then started taking on commercial projects. When his broker passed away in 1991, he had to help close the brokerage in 1992 which led him to the decision to take on other projects such as, building homes and real estate rentals. Building homes and dealing with rentals taught him a lot about the real estate business. That experience has given him an advantage over many other people who sell real estate today. After about a decade, he decided to stop building homes and renew his license to sell commercial and residential properties again. Throughout his career, Tom’s hard work has been rewarded by becoming Top Producer and receiving the Designated Distinctive Collection Award, along with obtaining the title as a Short Sale Specialist. And in these years, he has been privy to the changes and progress that real estate has made. He knows and has managed to work through the good, bad and ugly of this industry. For the most part, he finds this industry to be quite rewarding because he gets a chance to make people’s dreams come true. As your agent, Tom strives to offer his clients the most comprehensive services that the world of real estate can offer while using state of the art marketing and tech technology strategies. His true passion is to help people get what they want and touch people’s lives with his various skills.
