Taylor Josey is a specialist in the South Metropolitan Atlanta commercial real estate market. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Taylor’s expertise is unmatched in the South Metro area. Having completed over $90 million in sale and lease transactions during his career. He is a graduate of Emory University and received his Masters Degree from Georgia State University in 1982.

After serving on the staff of Senator Mack Mattingly in Washington, D.C., Taylor began his commercial real estate career in Atlanta in 1987 as an Associate with the Atlanta commercial real estate brokerage firm John Hunsinger & Company. He joined Branch Properties in 1988 where he directed all leasing, sales, property management and asset management activities of a 1 million square foot portfolio of office and industrial properties. After the sale of Branch Properties to Regency Centers, Taylor joined Faison where he directed marketing activities for Faison’s newly established industrial division. After Faison was acquired by Trammell Crow, Taylor returned to brokerage in 1998 with NAI Brannen Goddard where he began concentrating his brokerage practice in Coweta, Fayette, and South Fulton counties. In January of 2005, Josey, Young & Brady Realty, LLC was established as a full-service real estate firm where Taylor directs the commercial and industrial division of the firm. Taylor is married to Anne Josey and they have two children. He is a graduate of Leadership Coweta, an active parishioner at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, a member of the Newnan Coweta County Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) where he is also a Phoenix Member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club.
