I have been seeing alot of FSBO (for sale by owner) lately. Are you owners' experienced in showing your home to perfect strangers; not knowing if they are pre-qualified to purchase or just casing your home? Do you have experience in preparing a legal contract to sell? Do you have contacts for closing attorneys, home inspectors, moving companies, etc??!! A licensed Realtor (which i have been for over 28 years) has these contacts, connections, etc! You will pay a commission to receive professional safety and experience in advertising, listing and selling your home. Which will most likely be paid out of your proceeds at closing.
