During our ALC Retreat, we went around the room and asked each leader to describe themselves, both personally and professionally.

The answers were remarkably consistent:

Leadership. Integrity. Selfless. Supportive. Genuine. Loyal. Community-Centric. Growth Minded. Knowledgeable. Client Focused. Solution Driven. Servant Hearted.

Nobody was trying to come up with the “right” answer. These were simply the words our leaders chose to describe themselves.

And that’s what makes us proud.

We wrapped up our ALC Retreat today, but not before spending an extra full day together focused on what comes next.

While most offices attended the retreat and headed home when it ended, our ALC chose to stay and go deeper.

Today was spent reviewing everything we learned throughout the week, challenging our thinking, refining the pillars of our office, strengthening our value propositions, and building a plan for the second half of 2026. We had honest conversations about what we’re doing well, where we need to improve, and how we can create an even better experience for our agents.

The goal was simple: leave with more than inspiration. Leave with a strategy.

We’re incredibly grateful to serve alongside leaders who are willing to invest additional time, energy, and focus into making our offices stronger. The work we did this week wasn’t about us. It was about creating more opportunities, better systems, stronger leadership, and greater support for every agent who calls Keller Williams Newnan and Keller Williams Carrollton home.
