My Chef is a mess!! She loves breakfast in bed 🛌, cooking 👩‍🍳 in pajamas.She refuses a hairnet, ponytail or hair bow. Samples the food but delays your dinner because of her workouts!

I would like to congratulate Shawn and Taylor on the purchase of their new home 🏡 and for the years of unwavering trust in me. When we met 5 years ago and they bought their first home 🏡 with me it was just the two 👩‍❤️‍👨 of them. I felt extreme joy and proud to celebrate with them when they called and said that their family had expanded 👩‍🍼. They were ready for a new home that fit their new family better. They immediately had a home in mind that they fell in love with as soon as they saw the listing photos. The Seller took the home off the market right after listing , before we could see it. We started with a full list of homes spread out showings over lunches, before work, after work, on weekends. Nothing was checking the boxes like the home they fell in love with. And then it happened, Taylor messaged me at 6:00am one morning and was so excited! The home relisted! We toured the first day it was back on the market, wrote the offer, flew through inspections and appraisals , and today they got their keys 🔑 !! Patience was truly a virtue for them and paid off!!
