“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”
— Benjamin Franklin. The home buying process can seem overwhelming and intimidating but it really does not have to be with a great home buying team behind you. By meeting with a lender far in advance it helps you feel confident in where you stand and reduces the amount of surprises later down the line. I recommend my clients meet with at least 2-3 lenders to compare rates and fees for the best deal.
