Time for another monthly review of our real estate market. In Coweta County, new homes on the market continue to increase. This is expected for the early summer time and although the numbers show a decrease in home that have gone under contract from March to April, I've seen a lot more serious buyers out in the month of May. Average days on the market continue to decrease month over month as well. All good signs for buyers and sellers interested in making a move this summer. For Fayette county, I'm seeing the same types of patterns. An increase in new listings, closed homes, and homes under contract all reflect a strong summer market.
