Help me congratulate these two!! 🎉 This is Jimmie and India and this is the second time they have allowed me to help them sell a family home. This particular home was the one that they raised their kids in. Although they haven’t lived in it for many years, they were holding onto it for one of their children. Once everyone decided the best option was to sell, we listed it. Although it wasn’t in move-in condition, we were able to find a buyer that met us where they wanted to be as sellers. There was a happy ending! 💜 Another family will be able to put some equity into this home and raise another generation here. Congratulations Jimmie and India! I appreciate your repeat business and I’m so glad that you’re able to move on.

This is Ronnie and Tracey. They had a fabulous home that had served as the hub for their family as their girls grew up. They made many memories here, but knew it was time to move on. We listed their home and received offers twice, but both fell through due to the buyers’ decisions. On the third try, we received an offer and went under contract for the last time. It took us a while to get through all the hoops that this particular contract came with, but we were able to overcome the hurdles and made it to the closing table. I’m so thankful for their trust in me to help them navigate the selling process and wish them the best of luck! Please help me congratulate Ronnie and Tracey. 🎉 🥂
