Jim represented the buyer on this beautiful duplex in 1993 and it has been under our management ever since. Last year when both tenants gave their notice , we advised and managed a major remodel and this is the result. Over all being able to increase the rent by 40%.

We differ in our property management approach than most. We tend to do more than is asked or expected for our clients and our client retention shows that.
