ment opportunities for office, industrial, and retail product types to our clients. A Street was founded in 2017 by two brothers, Blaine and Colby Annett. A Street Spotlight | In 2018, our team became stronger with the addition of Mark Khatoonian. Having more than 25 years in the real estate accounting field under his belt, Mark has executed his expertise to help both large and small property management companies and investment firms throughout the SoCal and Phoenix area. 21 years ago, a regional accounting office was set-up by Mark in Phoenix for RREEF, and only two years later he moved to OC to assist with the oversight of another larger RREEF regional office, which managed over 30 million square feet of commercial real estate in both AZ and CA.

A Street Spotlight ✨ Senior Vice President Kate Leigh has been with A Street Partners since our inception in 2017, bringing over 30 years of experience in the property management field. She is responsible for implementation and administration of policies, procedures and programs that ensure properties are professionally managed, observing safety measures and continually exceeding the expectations of its clients and tenants. Kate currently manages prominent retail, garden style, R & D along with Class A office properties.

Prior to joining A Street, Kate was a Senior Property Manager for Stream Realty Partners and Transwestern where she was responsible for the management of Class A office, high-rise, industrial, government, retail, medical, garden office, historical, mixed use, downtown retail and a Convent. Over the course of her career, Kate has worked for Opus, Birtcher Anderson and GSL Real Estate. Thanks for all you do, Kate!
