Super stoked to get this property closed for my seller’s. Esencia is a newer (2015-2017 builds), master planned community in the heart of Rancho Mission Viejo. Properties range from one bedroom condos to 4 to 5 bedroom large single-family residences. This was a 2 bedroom condo in a huge pool of single family and 3+ bedroom condos. We pushed the upper limits of price listing at $895,000 when other 2 bedroom properties in the community were selling for $725,000-$825,000 max. Even 3 bedroom condos just recently went into escrow for $870,000. I had a belief that our marketing, negotiation skills, presentation of the property digitally and in person, attention to detail, 24/7 availability, and deep knowledge of the Coastal Orange County market would beat the most recent comps within the community. We ended up closing 30k higher than the most recent 2 bedroom comp in the community and sold it 5 months quicker. To add icing on the cake my seller’s were an absolute joy to work with. I’m very grateful for them and the opportunity to represent them in the sale of their home and wish them the best in their next chapter.

We started our search looking for possible opportunities in Westside and Eastside Costa Mesa.
