✨ What are you most proud of this year? ✨

This right here! 😍 2025 has been one amazing year for us! It will literally go down as my favorite year - the year my husband and I became parents.

When I reflect back upon the year, I see God’s hand in my life, the blessings he bestowed upon us and the prayers he answered in big ways.

I’m also so grateful for all the amazing people in my life. When I was 16, I prayed to have love, know love, and be loved. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that prayer was answered as well!

So many plot twists happened this year in ways I never expected. And for that, I will be forever grateful!

Thank you 2025 for all of your unexpected blessings.

Jesus is the reason for the season. 🕊️

In the midst of twinkling lights ✨ , wrapped gifts 🎁 , and busy days, Christmas gently calls us back to its true meaning—the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ 🙌. Not a season built on perfection or extravagance, but on humility, love, and hope.

Jesus came into the world quietly, born in a manger, wrapped not in riches but in purpose. His arrival marked the greatest gift ever given: God stepping into humanity to bring light to the darkness, peace to the weary, and salvation to the world.

Christmas isn’t just a tradition—it’s a reminder. A reminder that love came down. That grace was born. That no matter how heavy the world feels, hope entered the story and changed everything.

Today, may we slow down enough to remember why we celebrate. May our hearts be filled with gratitude, our homes with peace, and our lives reflect the love of Christ—not just today, but every day.

💕 To the love of my life, 💕
It’s amazing looking back at my 16 year old self, praying for the type of man I would marry. God answered in a huge way, before I could even comprehend what was happening, when you walked into my life a few short months later. We became inseparable as best friends years before we started dating and it was such a special time God gave us to grow up together.
I count myself blessed to know we found each other early in life! God truly knew what he was doing then, just as much as he knows now.
Little did my 16 year old self know just how much of a foundation you would be for me. It’s been such a beautiful adventure watching you grow into a pillar of strength, the best husband I could ask for, a man of God, and now - the new title of Dad! (OCTOBER 2025 BABY 👶)
Every year, it still amazes me how much life we’ve lived together! This year, I’ve known you for 23 years, we’ve been together for 21 years, and married today for 12 years! It still seems like yesterday we were just two kids falling in love, trying to figuring things out in life. And everyday since, my love for you continues to grow and deepen.
Happy Anniversary to the best man I could ever ask for to do life with. I love you so much!!! 💕💕💕

and I are on our next adventure in this wonderful life! What we never thought possible, God made possible in his time! 🙌 As of today, we are 14 weeks pregnant and expecting our little blessing at the end of October!

This impromptu weekend was nothing short of fun adventures and meaningful time spent with family and friends.
☀️
Let me preface this with saying…my family is one of the most important aspects to living on this God’s green earth and I will always make time for them. My mom asked me to come to Laughlin with her and of course, I couldn’t say no to that!
☀️
We stayed at the Riverside Casino and experienced an awesome display of storm clouds that moved in Saturday morning. With the rugged landscape in the background and the river reflecting the striations of that landscape, coupled with the clouds, I finally was able to experience the fall weather I love so much! 🤎🧡💛🍂
☀️
We celebrated a family friends birthday, visited family up past Kingman where the temp dropped nearly 20 degrees because of altitude & the passing storm, witnessed a javelina trekking across yard, & stopped at the Great American Pizza & Subs! (Sidenote: their pizza is delicious!).
☀️
I didn’t mention the free food, concert, and other little perks the hotel gave us. I’m not a big gambler but I won $180 bucks and lost it. 😅
☀️
All-in-all, it was such a memorable and fun time spent with my mom, the people we love, and an adventure I sure wish we could have more of.

Fun Fact: I am a HUGE animal rescue advocate and animal lover in general!

All of my pups have been rescued either from a high kill shelter or from being dumped in the desert! 🏜️

My kitty was rescued from being dumped on my dad’s dirt road in Missouri. 🐈‍⬛

The horse isn’t mine. It is Cheryl’s but I ABSOLUTELY love him! He is like a big lovable dog that can barrel through you if he wanted! 😆 🐎
While some of my furbabies are no longer with me, they have left the deepest impressions on my heart! I don’t have children so God placed 4-legged ones in my life instead to show me what unconditional love means. ☺️

Pictured are the following: Marley (my pup pup, aka bullybutt, aka Mar Mar - she had way more names than that! 😆) - we rescued her from a high kill shelter when she was 3 mos.

Rvca & Rylee (or Ry Ry and Rue Rue) were dumped in a desert with 5 others pups (who are all with our friends now).

Dredge (the German Shepard was adopted from someone wanting to get rid of him as a pup.

Zoë, my baby Russian Blue kitty, (or Zo-Zo) is the sweetest lil’ girl who just wants nothing but love and food. She thinks she’s a dog.

Cowboy, as I’ve said, isn’t mine but is the sweetest horse who loves to fall asleep on your shoulder and get loads of attention.

And last but not least, my Shiba’s who are no longer with us since 2016 - Meeko & Meeka (aka Man man and meekee). They were rescued from the same High Kill shelter as Marley.

Rolling out the market update today for the past week regarding Detached Homes!
☀️
IG only allows me to post 10 slides so I wanted to share a few different cities throughout the county so you can get a feel for the differences throughout.
☀️
Out of these slides: Newport Beach & Irvine are at the top of this list as the more expensive cities to live in with Newport averaging $4.669M for detached homes and Irvine averaging $2.178M
☀️
Anaheim hills and Aliso Viejo are the top 2 more affordable cities out of this list with Anaheim Hills averaging $1.392M & Aliso Viejo averaging $1.338M.
☀️
Of course, it is to be noted that, depending on where you are searching within each cities, there will be more expensive areas than others. These numbers are just averages. A majority of Orange County is mostly averaging $1.3M for detached homes. The OC stats you see also takes into account the more expensive cities like Newport, Irvine, & Huntington Beach, bringing up that average number. So, it is just something to be aware of when looking at the county averages as a whole. 😁

It’s our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary!!! 💒

I remember our day like it was yesterday. We had a speakeasy themed wedding with live music from the and the playing. We had a swing dance number for our 1st dance. We asked anyone who was comfortable enough to come in 1920s attire! It was a blast!

We were married in San Marcos, Ca. and it was the absolute best venue we could have ever come across for our day!

was our photographer and fun fact, we actually had to cancel with the photographer we originally signed with because Arina’s photography talent was out of this world! And helps she was so sweet! Highly recommend her if you’re having a wedding!

July 19, 2013 will always go down as one of my favorite days on this earth. It was exactly everything I wanted and more!
