Since my early years, I've had dreams to build a business of my own. But at the time I was young and inexperienced. As I got older I began to see my friends go off to college. Most of them were stressed ou
t. They were on a tight budget and overwhelmed with student loans. After seeing this I started to think deeply about my future and the life I wanted to live. Above all, I knew that I didn’t want to take on debt. At the age of 16, I decided to take online classes and venture into the workforce. I began working as a hostess in Laguna’s busiest restaurant. This was a perfect start. I discovered that communication and trust are the staples to any good service. I excelled at my job and earned more responsibility. As I made more money I needed to form a clear investment strategy. So I began to learn more about personal finance. At that moment my passion for financial freedom was born. My biggest interest was in property investment. When done right, It is a great way to build wealth and create independence. I spent hundreds of hours learning from experienced investors. I did this because it was interesting but little did I know it was preparing me for my career. While working in fine dining I was doing great by most standards. I saved enough for college and started a fund for my first property. But behind the scenes, I was unhappy and in need of a change. \
So I gave up my steady income to earn my real estate license. As an agent, I could follow my passion and help others invest in their future. After taking that risk everything seemed to magically fall in place...
