Some closings are smooth, and some remind you exactly why experience, communication, and persistence matter. Thank you to our fantastic Sellers for trusting us through every twist and turn on this one...and there were a lot!
What started as a contingent sale quickly became a chain of transactions, with each closing dependent on the one before it. Then, just days before the first property was scheduled to close, a fire at the home added another unexpected hurdle. After navigating insurance, inspections, multiple escrows, and some very tight timelines, the pieces finally came together.
The first home closed. Then the second. And finally, 767 Ochee Circle closed with just days to spare before the Buyers’ rate lock expired.
Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan. Sometimes it’s about navigating the unexpected, keeping all the moving pieces together, and finding a way to protect your client’s end goal all the way to the finish line.
