The 118th Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade** is coming December 16–20, 2026 — FIVE nights of one of Newport Beach's most magical holiday traditions!

And Casa de Balboa has an amazing location for it. ❤️

🚤 We're early on the parade route, with the boats passing Casa de Balboa at approximately 6:54 PM.

No driving to find a viewing spot.
No hunting for parking.
No fighting the crowds.

Just step outside and watch the parade from the bayfront!

🎆 OPENING NIGHT — DECEMBER 16

🎄 Holiday Market at Marina Park: 4–8 PM
🎆 Fireworks: 6:15 PM
🚤 Parade passes in front at Marina Park: 6:45 PM
✨ Parade reaches Casa de Balboa: approximately 6:54 PM

The FREE Holiday Market includes 35+ local makers, food vendors, live music, entertainment, photo opportunities and activities for the kids.

We still have a few nights available during Boat Parade week!🎅

And we MAY have the final parade night available as part of a Christmas stay. 🎄🏖️

What is the consensus? Regarding the 4th of July 2027. We are where you want to be. Two beaches but ours is the very best...with the Old Glory Boat Parade passing by, pancake breakfast at the end of beach past the marina. And the fireworks. I saw 5 different fireworks. Our present issue is that 4 of the units on 19th (Casa's) at the bay beach have a check out on Friday 7/02. So we need check-in on that day. We are trying to determine whether to offer 8nts OR 5 nights followed by 3 separate nights to align with the Saturday-to-Saturday check-ins on these units through mid August. The remaining units (Casa 223, Casita's 216A and 216B) should be Friday to Friday through the summer.
