Dear Resident,
In our continual effort to better serve you, we are pleased to announce that we will be installing Parcel Pending electronic lockers for your package needs! You will now be able to pick up your packages in a safe and secure locker at your convenience, 24/7! The Parcel Pending lockers will be located where the South Conference Room formally was in the South.
How does it work?
Just sign-up at MyParcelPending.com. When your package arrives, you will instantly be notified via email and/or text with an access code. Simply enter your access code into the touchscreen keypad and retrieve your package. There will be 3 separate Kiosks. Each Kiosk will be labeled on the touch screen with letters A, B or C. Your notification will indicate which Kiosk to pick up your package. It’s as easy as using an ATM machine.
Are there fees to use the Parcel Pending lockers?
• If you register by April 20th, 2016 the one-time $20.00 registration fee will be waived!
• Packages need to be retrieved promptly to ensure lockers will be available for all residents’ deliveries. If your package is not picked up within 3 days, a storage fee of $5 per day will be charged.
Am I required to sign-up for Parcel Pending?
All residents are encouraged to sign-up. We value the safety of your packages at Coronado at Newport! If you do not register with Parcel Pending, you may need to arrange to pick up your packages with the local carrier shipping hub.
