Dear Resident,

In our continual effort to better serve you, we are pleased to announce that we will be installing Parcel Pending electronic lockers for your package needs! You will now be able to pick up your packages in a safe and secure locker at your convenience, 24/7! The Parcel Pending lockers will be located where the South Conference Room formally was in the South.

How does it work?
Just sign-up at MyParcelPending.com. When your package arrives, you will instantly be notified via email and/or text with an access code. Simply enter your access code into the touchscreen keypad and retrieve your package. There will be 3 separate Kiosks. Each Kiosk will be labeled on the touch screen with letters A, B or C. Your notification will indicate which Kiosk to pick up your package. It’s as easy as using an ATM machine.

Are there fees to use the Parcel Pending lockers?
• If you register by April 20th, 2016 the one-time $20.00 registration fee will be waived!
• Packages need to be retrieved promptly to ensure lockers will be available for all residents’ deliveries. If your package is not picked up within 3 days, a storage fee of $5 per day will be charged.

Am I required to sign-up for Parcel Pending?
All residents are encouraged to sign-up. We value the safety of your packages at Coronado at Newport! If you do not register with Parcel Pending, you may need to arrange to pick up your packages with the local carrier shipping hub.

Dear Valued Coronado At Newport Residents,

We are constantly striving to ensure that every resident enjoys the best in apartment living. Property maintenance and community improvements are a major part of that commitment, and to minimize inconvenience to you, we want to keep you informed of our upcoming projects.

We are proud to announce that we have new interactive fitness program called FITNESS ON DEMAND in our North Fitness Center. This interactive system allows you to select from over 2000 instructed based classes. The Fitness On Demand™ kiosk is a sleek, enterprise-grade, touchscreen computer that is wall-mounted in the fitness/yoga studio.

Have you been wanting to try Cardio Kickboxing? Pilates? Belly Dancing? Yoga? Zumba? Strength and Mobility? This will allow you to go in and select this class and watch the instructor in the comfort of our fitness center. Classes are for all ages and skill levels. This is on a first come first serve basis and is to not interrupt our scheduled fitness classes with Cooper Fitness.

Hello Coronado Residents!

Just a quick reminder regarding your YOGA CLASS on MONDAYS at 7 PM!

Cooper Fitness is opening an option to pay monthly now!!!

Monthly payments are of $50 and include unlimited classes. Cooper Fitness offers 10 classes a month and that gives you half off if you plan on taking all the classes.

Drop in price will continue to be $10 a class. Cooper Fitness and Coronado At Newport are excited to try out this new pricing, it really open up your class options.
