ing (a tent in Doheny State Beach Campground), Matt was fortunate to land that dream job at Universal Studios which ignited an exciting corporate career. From there, Matt moved on to global consumer product marketing where his products are still being sold at the nation’s largest mass retailers. During what was to be a temporary relocation back to Virginia to help his family’s business, Matt and his wife had an unfortunate home buying experience that was the result of a buying agent who did not protect their best interests. This painful process is what ignited Matt to commit the rest of his professional career, serving real estate clients the RIGHT way. Mission Accomplished! 3 Properties Sold, 3 Different Cities (Burbank, Laguna Niguel, Anaheim), 4 Amazing Clients. HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Denise & Mary (sisters) and Oliver & Laurent! I met Denise and Mary at my open house in Oceanside during our “hurricane” a couple of years ago. The plan…1) Sell Denise’s house in Burbank, 2) Find Denise and Mary the perfect home in South OC to enjoy retirement life together, and 3) Sell Mary’s Anaheim home to close the loop. As I was preparing to list Mary’s home, neighbors Oliver and Laurent stepped into the picture, offering to pay a fair price for the property. Their offer was accepted, and we sailed through a very smooth escrow process with me representing both parties. It was my pleasure to hand them the keys on Friday and congratulate Mary on the exciting news – We’ve closed! I could not think of a finer family to purchase Mary’s home and continue loving the property the way she did. 🍊Great Park Home🚲 - Sold! Congratulations to my amazing buyers on their first home purchase in Irvine’s Great Park community! We first met over a year ago (before baby number 2) as they were beginning to think about buying their first place. The timing was not yet ideal, so we paused the process. Earlier this year, we regrouped and began the shopping process. The Irvine market has softened since last year, presenting buyers with more choices at lower prices – Perfect timing for this family! After exploring many different property types, including new construction, this special home was the winner! The location could not be more ideal for a young family – Blocks from Rise Park and walking distance to Wild Rivers water park. I am extremely happy to congratulate these two sisters Denise and Mary on the purchase of their amazing Laguna Niguel home. This is the perfect place to reconnect and enjoy retirement life together! It has been quite an adventure since I listed and sold Denise’s Burbank home just over one year ago. The goal was to find the perfect single-story home here in South Orange County, bringing them closer to family, and closer to the beach! We scoured every community from San Clemente to Huntington Beach in search of a property that checked all the boxes. Yes, I have been shattering my own records in this area for over 10 years, but this is CRAZY! Listed Super Bowl weekend (questionable idea) with just one open house day (Sat). Did you know that the average days on market for a home listed for sale in Lake Forest is 75 Days???? We did this in 1 weekend! Seriously…My rates are competitive, yet my results are game-changing for my sellers. I have a process for success that isn’t of value if I’m not your real estate agent. Over 85% of properties sold in the past 30 days sold below list price. ⬇️💰⬇️ To get this property sold for a fair price, it took intense focus on understanding the real-time market situation and making constant refinements to our listing.
