Originally from Vietnam, Lilienne Hertel has been proud to call Orange County her home for over 20 years. In her previous experiences as an aesthetician and life insurance agent, she built strong relationships with clients and found innovative solutions that fit their needs. Lilienne decided to leverage her broad skill set and entrepreneurial spirit to pursue a career as a real estate agent in 2016. Lilienne genuinely enjoys all aspects of the real estate process, and her enthusiasm combines with professionalism and integrity to inspire trust. She provides expert guidance to all demographics, but she is especially helpful for first-time buyers, upsizers, and relocators. Lilienne values the opportunity to help families find a home as much as marketing and staging a property to net top dollar for sellers. Lilienne also works with investors of all types, from fixer-uppers to rentals. She is particularly passionate about fighting homelessness and volunteers with multiple Orange County food drives. Lilienne also frequently donates to charities in her home country of Vietnam. In her spare time, she prioritizes her family, and she loves traveling.
