Rick has resided in Crystal Cove for the past 12 years and provides unparalleled knowledge of the local market and all the luxuries it has to offer. When Rick moved to California in 1977, he became very intrigued by the Real Estate industry. Seeing the potential of the Newport Beach market, he decided

to get his REALTOR® license. Shortly after obtaining his license, Rick sold his first property in Harbor Ridge to a Saudi Princess. After making that sale, he was in high demand from other Harbor Ridge residents and from that point on, never looked back. Selling homes came easy for Rick because of his enthusiasm, passion, and desire to help others. He saw how buying a home could be a beneficial investment and encouraged his clients to own property early on. Among his many successes, he was the number one agent in all Orange County in 2003. He has partnered and consulted with renowned builders who made Newport Beach what it is today. He possesses years of unsurpassed knowledge of the Newport Beach Real Estate business and is one of the first REALTORS® who joined Surterre Properties®. Rick's connections come from the relationships he has formed and maintained over the years, turning clients and business associates into long time friends. He believes to be successful in anything you do you need to surround yourself with the best in the field. Along with his profound network, Rick’s honesty, integrity, and ability to accurately address his client’s needs are the main constituents of his success. His experience in the Navy taught him discipline and to always apply himself, never giving up until the assignment is complete. Working for Surterre, service-oriented Langevin can focus on what he does best – delivering highly specialized assistance to each client. He is a dedicated husband and proud father to one daughter and two sons. He works in close collaboration with his daughter, Gia Dalmacio, on every transaction. Rick currently serves as an Orange County Sheriff Professional Service Responder and is on the Standards and Practices Committee for the Newport Beach Association of Realtors®. When he isn't working or volunteering, you will find him spending time with his family and playing tennis on a regular basis.
