Can’t wait to see the after on this house! 👏 The bones of it are so good with a great layout, tall ceilings, natural light, and a massive backyard. Some of the smallest tweaks make the biggest changes! I have found that paint and floors usually have the biggest effect ☺️. We beat out a long line of buyers too which felt extra good!

I listed an update on pricing and inventory 🏠💸. Currently we are seeing less and less inventory as we head into the holiday months. This is typical but if you are thinking about moving I would recommend now before the spring comes. Typically the spring brings more competition, higher prices BUT more to choose from. So if you see a house you like jump on it 🥰.

Hands down one of the most charming sweet homes sales I got to be apart of. These sweet clients turned friends reminded me that I have sold them 3 homes in 7 years so they have got to be one of my best clients. They probably tie with for the most homes in the shortest amount of time 🥰. This house is a kids dream sitting on a 15,000 sq. foot lot with the most amazing spaces to explore. The home was being used as a nun retreat that was owned and operated by the sweetest woman that prayed for my clients along the way 😭. Ahhhh can’t wait to see how they continue to bless the community with this home. Love you guys!

Our sweet home sold today! Gosh it was such a labor of love giving this home life again. I loved so much about this home…mainly all the sweet memories. I had so many fun birthdays and baby showers thrown in our atrium, holidays with our family, bringing Cora babe home, hosting friends and family in our upstairs room, wine talks with my mama off the kitchen…ahhh ok I’ll stop. This was one of my favorite homes ever...primarily because I wish I bought it 🤗. Reminds me of the homes where I grew up with a Spanish vibe and I hope to create one day. My clients and I went to a home thinking it was their “dream home” and came here after just to check it out for fun...we all quickly realized no this is the dream!!!! With over 10 offers my clients got their house 😭. Couldn’t be happier for this sweet family. ❤️🏡🎉
