🐕 Watching Newport change

I’ve been coming to this park with my dog Lido for years. There’s a lot of development happening around here, and knowing what’s coming next matters.

🗺️ Newport Heights tells a story

Most people see one neighborhood. I see dozens of micro markets.

Knowing which streets are gaining value and why can make all the difference.

🌊🏗️ Progress you can see

Stopped by two projects today, and it’s exciting to watch them come together.
Great progress, incredible beach views, and another reminder of why I love building in Newport.

In Escrow

All contingencies released!
What a wild, collaborative ride bringing this ground-up development over the finish line with John Standland and the team at The Agency.
I’ve been coming to this street 4 days a week for years. I grew up surfing right out front at 52nd taking the bus here every summer as a kid. This isn’t just another deal for me — it’s hyper-localism at its finest.

With deep relationships (4 trusted GCs + 3 architects), multiple site visits, and my hands-on expertise in buying and developing from the ground up, we got it done — even with unknowns and tight timelines. I re-designed the property, took the risk, and delivered the reward. That’s the kind of value I bring: priceless.

This is going to be the journey of the year. I’ll be sharing the full progress with you all — and for the 3rd time in 4 years, we’re aiming for another record sale.

If you’re a homeowner thinking about a major remodel or full tear-down, my team’s expertise will get you top dollar. The difference is real.

DM me if you want to talk about your property. Let’s make it happen.

Took this shot in El Salvador, staring down the line, heart racing, already planning my next move 🏄‍♂️
Surfing isn’t just a sport for me — it’s how I learned resilience, patience, and how to stay calm when everything is moving fast. It’s taught me to read the ocean, trust my instincts, and keep showing up even when the waves look intimidating.
I’m forever grateful to my parents for the life they gave me. Mom and Dad drove me to the beach 3 times a week and Dad would wake up early to drop me at Mater Dei High School at 7:15am — Huntington Beach to Santa Ana, then he’d keep going all the way to Pasadena. That kind of love and support shaped everything.
Growing up, surfing and basketball were my whole world. I started on the North Side Pier in HB, where the lineup was full of pros and rippers. I was just a kid, but I earned my place by taking off late on those massive 8-10 foot lefts. Those moments built me.
Surfing lets me express who I really am. At 53, I’m still chasing it — still paddling out at Newport Beach, still hungry for new waves and new challenges. Back in high school I started taking the bus every weekend just to surf 42nd, Blackies, and 56th… different breaks, different boards, different skills. I’m still learning, still loving every second of it.
Grateful doesn’t even cover it. For the ocean, for the waves, for my parents’ sacrifices, and for this lifelong passion that keeps me young at heart.
See you in the water 🌊❤️
