If I had one weekend to introduce someone to Orange County, this is exactly how I’d spend it 🤍

Start with a slow Saturday morning at the farmers market, spend a little time exploring Irvine, head toward Newport for coffee and a walk around Lido, then take PCH south and let the coast do the rest.

What I love about Orange County is how much the feeling can change in one day. Irvine feels peaceful and easy, Newport brings you right to the water, and Laguna is hard to beat when the sun starts going down.

When I prepare a listing, I’m thinking about more than simply getting beautiful photos. I’m looking at how each room is staged, when the light is best, which details should lead, and how the gallery should unfold from one image to the next.
